The Hostellerie des Trois Rois
The house has had several functions over time: Hostellerie des Trois Rois until the 18th century, first House of the Vendée Department in 1792, then residence of the sculptor artist Paul Jourdain. Today, restored by the artist Pierre Debien and his wife Annick, it hosts artists for temporary exhibitions under the name of "La Maison des Troys Roys". This year, the association Les Rencontres Internationales Arts et Cultures is organizing an exhibition: «CITIES FROM here AND ELSEWHERE, FROM YESTERDAY, FROM TODAY, FROM TOMORROW» To discover the works of many contemporary artists from Vendée, France and abroad including those of the renowned Finnish artist, Harri Larjosto.
