In preamble, we exist to respond to a need: that of highlighting the human being, his know-how and interpersonal skills through African and Afro cultures. Carried by our 4P: Passion, Patience, Perseverance, Punctuality. Life is beautiful, and contemporary African and Afro artistic-sociocultural performances — our DNA—are at the center of the feeling of present moments that we offer. Smile! The African International Performance Festival, #FestiFiap2025 – Edition No. 4: MI-SALA (se accomplir) The Company MALOBA, in partnership with the City of Bordeaux, returns with the 4th edition of the International African Performance Festival 2025, and requests the renewal of its partnership with your structure for the FestiFiap2025 action: MI-SALA (to accomplish). Thus, for the second consecutive year, the town hall of the neighborhood Caudéran opens its arms to the International African Festival of Performances, which will reissue, on the Place de l'Église Saint-Amand, the exploit of contemporary African and Afro performance in all its forms. Between performances of strolling through the streets, schools, MJC, EHPAD, entertainment center, parks, and various squares of the neighborhood, and the village FestiFiap on the Place de l'Église, with artisans. FestiFiap2025, after the editions: – n°3 in September 2024, between the Place de l'Église Saint-Amand and the Chartreuse Saint-André room, in Bordeaux Caudéran – n°2 in September 2023, in Darwin, Bordeaux Bastide, in connection with the Rugby World Cup and for climatic reasons – n°1 in September 2022, between Bordeaux Bastide, Bordeaux Caudéran and Bègles – n°0 in September 2021, in Bordeaux, Place de la Bourse and Miroir d'Eau FestiFiap2025 – Edition no. 4 has for theme: MI-SALA (to accomplish). Thus, on the Place de l'Église Saint-Amand, from September 19 to 21, 2025, different craftsmen and artists will express themselves within the village FestiFiap. Parrain_FestiFiap2025: Alioune SY #FestiFiap2025 is intended to be a recurring and unmissable event in the Bordeaux cultural ecosystem. Since 2021, the MALOBA company has been working to integrate this action into the collective consciousness of the African cultural landscape of the neo-Aaquitaine diaspora, the West Indies and the Caribbean. Post-festival activities are organized throughout the year: performances, workshops, artistic and sociocultural exchanges in different structures of the territory. FestiFiap is on a mission: to promote contemporary African artistic creation in Gironde, in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and beyond, while using culture as a vector for questioning the contemporary difficulties that are accumulating. That’s why the MALOBA company launched this project: «FestiFiap» (International African Performance Festival) — a festive time that stops time, mixing artistic disciplines and enhancement of the human being who works there. Coming from the African continent, Afro-descendants and Afro-Caribbean, the artists highlight their talents and offer unprecedented contemporary performances in public space. FestiFiap2025 – n°4: MI-SALA (to accomplish), will last 3 days. After the arrival of the ambulatory performances, static programming will begin on the FestiFiap village square. The MALOBA Company, bearer of #FestiFiap, contributes. On the program: Performances / Ecological costumes / Percussion/ Culinary arts / Hair arts / Clothing arts (saxology) / Paintings / Texts / Poetry / Music / Dance / Storytelling / The smile / Sharing / The atmosphere / Discovery / Conviviality. All the ingredients are gathered so that we spend together an unforgettable edition n°4. Between performing arts, visual arts, and the stands of artisans in the village FestiFiap, with static performances on the Place de l'Église Saint-Amand in Bordeaux Caudéran, the magic of the dazzling eyes and hearts will make our senses sing in chorus.
