The Resistance Museum of Mont Mouchet (Free)
For the European Heritage Days, on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September 2025, access to the Mont-Mouchet Resistance Museum will be free. The museum will be open from 10:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:00. Come discover or rediscover this museum, designed for the younger generations, and which presents the life of the French during the Second World War and the history of Mont-Mouchet, high place of the French Resistance. To close the day on Sunday, September 21, at 4 p.m., the Land of Art and History of Haut-Allier invites you to attend the readings, and the testimonies carried by the voices of the Frog Readers around their new free show entitled 1940-1945: Resistance and Suffering - The Reduced of Truyère.
