Join John Glynn for a talk about the history of the stained-glass windows in St Senan's Catholic Church in Kilrush. This church has stained-glass windows by Harry Clarke Studios, Earley & Powell, Earley Studios, F.S. Barff, Willie Earley and Art Glass. Harry Clarke (1889-1931) was Ireland’s most famous stained-glass artist, graphic designer, and book illustrator. His St Brigid, St John the Baptist and St Jane stained-glass windows were installed in the church 100 years ago on 9 December 1924. John Glynn, who was born in Kilrush, has a keen interest in local history and photography.
