St-Pierre/ Frank A. Perret Museum - Open Tour
The 1902 Disaster Memorial | Frank A. Perret Museum testifies to the eruption of Mount Pelee and the destruction of the city of Saint-Pierre on May 8, 1902. During your visit you will discover the dramatic event that changed the history of Martinique at the beginning of the XXth century in the resolutely contemporary architectural setting of the oldest museum of Martinique. Using an innovative sound device, browse the new permanent exhibition that pays tribute to the victims and presents the remains of the disaster accompanied by old photographs and films.

Ouvert tous les jours de 9h à 18h. Depuis Fort-de-France : prendre la rocade direction Saint-Pierre, puis continuer sur la RN2 jusqu’à Saint-Pierre. Entrer dans la ville par la rue Victor-Hugo. Le musée est au n°169 sur la gauche
