Château de Lascaux is a historic winery in Pic Saint-Loup. The Cavalier family settled in the 16th century in Vacquières, in the heart of the garrigue. Today it pursues a family history, in harmony with the rich natural environment that surrounds it. The estate combines tradition and modernity: the tasting cellar is a former priory of the twelfth century, in the heart of the village. As for the new winery, it was built in 2013 and made it possible to evolve the precision of the wines, especially with the parcel vinification.
