This year's program of Gacka People's Open University Otočac is dedicated to the architectural heritage of Otočac and Gacka. Through posts on the Facebook page of Gacka Museum Otočac, visitors will explore residential objects of Lasinja and Japodian culture, spatial traces of the Roman Empire, medieval and early modern fortifications, buildings and monuments, industrial and sacred architectural heritage, and traditional village architecture. Special attention will be paid to builders, birth houses of famous Otočac residents, and the role of traditional knowledge in construction.
