Notre Dame de Nize is located in Occitanie, in a small town of the Hauts Cantons de l'Hérault, in Lunas, within the Regional Natural Park of Haut Languedoc. It is a building with a strong identity, in an exceptional environment, on the banks of the river Nize. The site includes chapel, bell tower, hermitage, esplanade and source of the “Fountain of Eyes”. It is accessible to all throughout the year. In this rural area still preserved, the chapel, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, is part of the parish churches. It is still in service, especially for the celebrations of August 15 and September 8\\. A place of conviviality for the lunassiens and the inhabitants of the surroundings, various events are organized in fine days on its esplanade.
