The geological heritage, the alpine tectonics, the question of Pangea and more generally the landscapes that compose the environment of the village will be presented. Castrum seigneurial, feudal site, the village of La Baume was ravaged during the Albigensian Crusade and then destroyed by Louis XIII. An evocation of the village, scattered in this crumbled landscape will make it possible to understand the vagaries of its history as well as the spirit that animates it.
