Visits to the chapel of St Aubin, a listed historical monument, restored, maintained and animated by the association for the protection of sites and monuments of Montjean-sur-Loire (APSMM): Saturday, September 20 from 10:00 to 18:30 & Sunday, September 21 from 10:00 to 14:00 : free visits. Sunday, September 21 in the afternoon, guided tours:

• from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and then from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM: The architecture and decor of the chapel, by Joël Guérin.
• at 4:00 pm: Robert d'Arbrissel and the hermitical or monastic commitment in the 12th century, by Marc Giovaninetti (duration 45 min). Moreover, we invite you to complete your visit by discovering the old priory founded by Saint-Hervé (companion of Robert d'Arbrissel), through a presentation made by the inhabitants of the island. This building, whose history is closely linked to that of the Chapel of St Aubin, is located nearby on the island of Chalonnes/Montjean, on the other side of the Loire (only the surroundings of the building are observable from the public space).
