The castle of Valleys is the first building built by Jean Bourré in 1468, before between others Plessis-Bourré, Jarzé or Wrapped in swaddling clothes. Its elegant manorial home on 4 levels, with donjon, two-light frames and of two short wings with tours(towers,ballots), is surrounded with staves(moats) in water and dominates an open rural landscape.
