During the European Heritage Days, come and discover the pouillure de Marcilly-Ogny. This pendulum system was used as a water supply for humans and livestock until about 1970. It consists of a central shaft and a wooden articulated arm, extended by a metal chain to which is attached a bucket to draw water from a dry stone well topped with a stone margin, collecting the infiltration waters. The pouillure was renovated by Les Amis de Marcilly-Ogny in 2011. Informations Open access
