As part of the European Heritage Days, the town hall offers you a walk to discover the wells of Montaren then readings and interventions on the theme of water room M. Favand. Departure at 3 PM from the town hall courtyard for a tour accompanied and commented by Mireille Berthier to discover the village wells. Each participant will have an accompanying booklet with the circuit and information. Around 4:30 PM return to the town hall, room M. Favand, where photos of wells, the old wash house, places and objects related to the theme of water will be displayed. Always on this same theme will be told anecdotes related to the history of the village, readings will be offered from excerpts from various books about the town. In order to broaden the theme, passages drawn from works by regional authors dealing with the theme of water (M. Pagnol...) will be read by a participant. People who do not wish or cannot participate in the circuit in the village, can come directly to the courtyard of the town hall around 4:30 PM, to attend the second part of the event.
