Visit to the Jean-Claude Bernadet citizen memorial
The citizen memorial Jean-Claude Bernardet, created in 1994 by the latter, contributes to the duty of memory. It allows us to walk through the history of the commitment of our fighters from the Franco-Prussian war of 1870 to the present day, through an impressive profusion of objects and testimonies of those who gave their lives for our freedom. You will notably be able to discover two original temporary exhibitions, one on the women of the region who participated in the Resistance, the other on the first army of general de Lattre. A screening room will also be set up to discover Claude Bloch’s film on Mâcon during the Second World War. Informations Solidarity contributions welcome.
