To mark the European Heritage Days, several interactive workshops dedicated to mining heritage will be held in front of St. Barbara’s Mine. This year’s event will emphasize cross-border cooperation, specifically the restoration of mining cultural heritage in Rude and Senovo in the Republic of Slovenia. Visitors will have the opportunity to make a miner’s greblica, process wooden materials with mining tools for installation in the mine, and learn about the traditional method of producing charcoal.
