This outdoor talk / walk in Bantry House Gardens, led by Astrid Wingler, Professor of Plant Biology at UCC, will examine the issues surrounding alien invasive plant species, looking at where they come from, why they thrive in West Cork and what impact they have on our native plants and semi-natural habitats.
