Join us for a walking tour of some of the heritage highlights of Ballingarry village. Meet our local guides and learn some of the history of-

\- The Turretts (a strategic towerhouse and private dwelling with a Dutch Billy facade)
\- Local Churches
\- Our two oldest graveyards where we have undertaken recent conservation work (funded by the Heritage Council)
\- and finishing at Ballingarry/De Lacy Castle, where you will hear stories of murder and war!

This tour is expected to last approx 1 hour. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear.

Meeting point is the carpark opposite Ballingarry RC Church. Tour is scheduled to start at 3pm, Saturday 24th August 2024.

Parts of this tour may not be accessible to those with limited mobility.
