Experience the history of the Battle of Kinsale!

On Saturday August 24th, as part of Heritage Week in Kinsale, there will be a Living History display and Military Reenactment of the 1601 era, taking place at the Short Quay.
Groups of Reenactors from Oireas Historical Services and Lord Edwards Own will display clothing, weapons and military drills from the Battle of Kinsale.

The day will begin with talks at the new Kinsale Library and conclude with a march by the military reenactors through the town.

11am - 4pm | Short Quay - Living History Display showcasing clothing, weapons, and drills from the Battle of Kinsale
