Organised in 4 sections, the museum presents the traditional arts and crafts of Rouergue: The previous machines (mill with wheat, with oil, martins to beat the copper, mills sawyers, oil presses, in grape harvests or in cheese). Man and mineral world: the water, the fire(light), building materials and materials of coverage(cover), the baked clay, the iron, the copper, other metals... Man and plant world: work of the earth(ground), cereals, the hemp, the sweet chestnut, the vineyard(vine), basketry, bucheron, clog maker, cartwright, joiner, carpenter, chair maker... Man and animal world: hunting, peach(fishing), blacksmith's trade, horses, cattle (yokes, harnessing, transhumance and life of the burons of Aubrac), the sheep (hut of shepherd, wool, industry fromagère Blue cheese), the activities of the leather (tannery, saddlery), the porks(pigs), poultry, bees... The museum presents 2 complementary(additional) exhibitions(exposures): the reconstruction of a traditional wine cellar and the reconstruction of a woollen shadowing(spinning) of the XIXth century. A temporary exhibition(exposure) "hands to think" also is to discover.
