Created in 1996, the association QUINTINUS aims to make known and love the heritage of Saint-Quentin, especially its medieval heritage underground, and to contribute to its conservation and enhancement. After more than ten years of work carried out with passion by its volunteers, several underground tunnels, including some from the 13th century, were thus cleared.
