With Cultural Heritage on Cultural Heritage Day 2022 , we want to show one of the oldest houses in the area to anyone who wants to see it inside for All. Many pass by and have questions about it. The oldest parts are from the 17th century, some from the 18th century and the youngest part from the 19th century. The house has an exciting history and we now offer the public to come and listen to lectures about the house. We also show historical pictures from the area with the area's people and buildings. Blekinge is a special place in Sweden's history and has been a borderland between Sweden and Denmark for centuries. Long before Sweden was created, there was a resident population in these areas and recently unique Guldgubbar and other ancient finds were found very close to the cottage.
