El caserío ha sido nuestro hogar y medio de vida, todo nuestro mundo. Nosotros lo hemos creado y él nos ha creado a nosotros. Pertenecemos a él, tanto por nombre como por naturaleza. Lo hemos construido, siendo canteros, carpinteros… Lo hemos trabajado, siendo agricultores, pastores… Y cabras, vacas, toros, gallinas, cerdos… han convivido con las personas. Ante la necesidad hemos respondido con trabajo y saber. Hoy, muchos ni siquiera conocemos los aperos que se utilizaban a diario entonces. Ahora están expuestos los pertrechos de algunos de aquellos viejos oficios: los que se utilizaban para cortar la hierba, para los trabajos del bosque, para labrar la tierra, para el pastoreo o para hacer quesos. Mirándolos con atención, aprenderemos cómo y para qué se utilizaban.

The farmhouse has been our home and livelihood, our whole world. We have created it and it has created us. We belong to it, both by name and by nature. We have built it, being stonemasons, carpenters... We have worked it, being farmers, shepherds... And goats, cows, bulls, chickens, pigs... have coexisted with people. Faced with the need, we have responded with work and knowledge. Today, many of us do not even know the tools that were used daily back then. Now the tools of some of those old trades are on display: those that were used to cut the grass, to work in the forest, to till the land, to shepherd or to make cheese. By looking at them carefully, we will learn how and what they were used for.
