Le Temps qui pousse: an unprecedented sound ride to open the way to the Cité des imaginaires
The writer Alain Damasio, a leading figure in science fiction, proposes with Floriane Pochon, sound artist, to walk around the Extraordinary Garden with his ears and feet. A strange and lush site where for them, time grows more than it passes, in sheaves and buds, stirring memories and futures, beer and stone, plants and flour that flies, to take us towards a future to rewrite. As a prelude to its opening, scheduled for 2028, the walk offers to the City of Imaginaries his first shovel in the fertile soil of an original programming, which bets on the movement and finesse of sound to open windows in our walls. Here the voices rise, the smugglers haunt, the blocks store time. A first invitation to travel, to 20,000 ponds under the place, and which will take us around the day in 80 worlds! The spirit of the city is already sketched there, a future site in Nantes dedicated to the power of stories and universes to invent. A project carried out in collaboration with the teams from the Nature and Gardens Department and Le Voyage in Nantes.
