Filming on Mount Teide is a unique experience that offers stunning visuals and a challenging environment. This image captures the stark beauty of Mount Teide's volcanic landscape, with its sparse vegetation and rocky terrain stretching towards the snow-capped peak. Despite the crisp 6-degree temperature at this 2200m altitude, the day we filmed was blessed with clear skies, offering breathtaking views.This panoramic view of Mount Teide showcases its majestic form rising above the diverse terrain of Tenerife. In the distance, a hazy veil hangs over the landscape, a telltale sign of the calima, a Saharan dust phenomenon that often affects the Canary Islands. Despite the atmospheric effect, the volcano's grandeur remains undeniable, a testament to its enduring presence on the island.Along the route to reach the base of Mount Teide, we made several stops to take in the scenery, snap some photos, and have a smoke break.We've become real reportersHugo and Andrea are filming some scenes at the school for our report.Filming against a green screen to later build our news set.It's been a truly fantastic experience, filled with laughter and joy. We're delighted to have this opportunity to show you a part of our home.
