Los oficios artesanales son ejemplos de patrimonio sostenible que encuentra en el respeto del medio ambiente su razón de ser y la clave de su supervivencia. Concretamente el descorche, seña de identidad de Andalucía, representa la perfecta fusión del ser humano con el monte y con el alcornocal y se caracteriza por un profundo conocimiento del entorno. Testimonio vivo y actual que demuestra que es posible combinar la preservación y el cuidado de la biodiversidad de nuestros bosques mediterráneos con el aprovechamiento de sus recursos. La actividad comenzará con una breve introducción que nos acercará a la artesanía como patrimonio sostenible. A continuación se proyectará el documental “Los hombres del corcho” dirigido por Manu Trillo, que nos permitirá compartir un día en la vida de corcheros, arrecogeores, arrieros y fieles, que nos harán partícipes de sus saberes, sus comportamientos, sus actitudes y los profundos vínculos que establecen entre ellos, con las hachas corcheras y con el árbol. Tras su finalización se iniciará una charla coloquio que contará con la presencia de su guionista, el investigador Agustín Coca, profesor del Departamento de Antropología Social, Psicología Básica y Salud Pública de la Universidad Pablo de Olvide y de un representante de la Asociación de Corcheros y Arrieros de Andalucía.

Living and current testimony that shows that it is possible to combine the preservation and care of the biodiversity of our Mediterranean forests with the use of its resources. The activity will begin with a brief introduction that will bring us closer to crafts as a sustainable heritage. Next, the documentary "The men of the cork" directed by Manu Trillo will be screened, which will allow us to share a day in the life of cork makers, arrecogeores, muleteers and faithful, who will make us part of their knowledge, their behaviors, their attitudes and the deep bonds that they establish among themselves, with the lane axes and with the tree. After its completion, a colloquium will begin with the presence of its scriptwriter, the researcher Agustín Coca, professor of the Department of Social Anthropology, Basic Psychology and Public Health of the Pablo de Olvide University and a representative of the Association of Cork Producers and Horsemen of Andalusia.
