The Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) cares for 48 war graves of service personnel who had served and died during either the First or Second World War. The CWGC also care for Canadian, and Australian casualties in this cemetery.
Join the CWGC at the entrance to the cemetery between Mar’s Wark & Holy Rude Kirk for a tour, learn about our history and continuing work to ensure the stories of the individuals who served and died during the world wars are not forgotten.
Tours at 11am-12pm, and 1pm-2pm.
Please dress appropriately for undulating ground & mixed surfaces.
The main cemetery entrance is between the Church of the Holy Rude and Mar’s Wark.
