These days honor the artist Simon Geneste and his exhibition LEZOULLYWOOD!

During his residency, he was inspired by the museum’s sigillata ceramics and saw on these vases, not fixed patterns, but moving decorations... From there, a funny and insightful question germinated: what if the Gallo-Romans were the ancestors of cinema? Come confront this original idea through fun activities for young and old, solo, with family or friends!

In the workshops, create your own pre-cinema devices and let the magic work. Images that come alive, the illusion at hand. Shh..., silence, it’s spinning! Flip-book How about creating a moving story: animals, gladiators, deities... It’s up to you to draw the heroes of your flip-book and bring them to life page after page.
