Come along to an Arts & Crafts workshop for all ages- try to make a model of a traditional currach, or paint a currach landscape or sketch.....based on the theme of traditional currachs - which will be on display for the day! This Arts&Crafts workshop will be held at Raferty's Mill - the Drogheda end of the boardwalk. Suggest that you park at Oldbridge and walk down boardwalk towards Drogheda. This event received funding through a joint initiative by the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport and the National Monuments Service to support practices inscribed on Ireland’s National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
