Students from IES Biello Aragón take us on a cultural and culinary journey through the Aragonese Pyrenees, highlighting its rich historical and gastronomic heritage. They explore three significant landmarks: the Canfranc Station, an architectural marvel inaugurated in 1928 and now a symbol of hope and reconnection; the Cathedral of Jaca, a masterpiece of Romanesque art tied to the Camino de Santiago and Aragonese traditions; and the Citadel of Jaca, a 16th-century Renaissance fortress that now serves as a cultural hub. Finally, they emphasize that heritage extends beyond monuments, encompassing traditions, gastronomy, and shared history, which connect us to our ancestors and shape our identity today.
