We are a creative group of children from Ukraine,  Ivano-Frankivsk region, Kolomyia city. Our Lyceum No.5 is named after the famous Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko.
The war has been going on in our country for the 10th year, and many of our relatives and parents are now fighting and dying for the freedom and independence of Ukraine and Ukrainians. We are aware of the importance of cultural diplomacy and want to convey to the world who we are, what we value and love, what is unique about us and what our adults are fighting for.
A genetic code that has been handed down for centuries. Our male principal is in the strength of the spirit was transformed into the  ancient men's dance - "Arkan", where the circle-sun keeps balance and gives passion and a frantic pace of life.
  And our feminine principle is expressed in embroidery, in which every color and movement of a woman's hand, stitches give birth to symbols of life, goodness and peace.

We believe that if we, the children, can convince other Europeans of the power of our genetic code, show the  art, traditions and lifestyle, even our clothes, then we will be at least one step closer to defeating common evil.
