The old Industrial steam-house, for many years unoccupied and in terrible bad condition, will be re-used by our association as a destiny for our members and visitors to be able to work on their hobby such as: historical and cultural interests of our region.

We bought the building in 2018 and to make the above possible we are re-building the steam-house with a lot of volunteers. Our Association has almost 900 members and we would like to enlarge the interest of our history. With this building we are able to give much more access to our knowledge of this region, also by showing all our cultural property and giving extra information to visitors.

We want to promote the region "Achterhoek" (East of province Gelderland) for its explicit habits. For example we have an own "farmer traditions group" who does the farmer work in a traditional way.
