Walking the road of “Matsikoridon”

The events consisted of a guided tour of the cultural and natural walking route of Pano Arodes.

Starting point: Courtyard of the Church of Agios Kalandion / Village Square

The visitors, along with people from the village, took a guided walking tour through the village's streets and of the road of “Matsikoridon” named after a flower that blossoms there and it's part of the island’s heritage. Several landmark stops, most of them stone dry-walls or structures made of stone, made the tour richer.
