European Dimension

Our story describes the common roots of Europe, and tries to trace back, amid the different traditions, the origins and sources from which local and particular cultural expressions flow. Only by appreciation of the treasures, material and immaterial, of our common past can we participate in the creation of a common future. From the Hanseatic League to the Mediterranean, From the Atlantic to the Ural Mountains, from the distant past to the present, from Arts and Crafts to Science, Society, Philosophy and Religions, our international authors take you on a journey of discovery, through space and time, of what it means to be European.
