Aperçu

Located in Great Baddow, the village has a proud heritage of brewing which dates back to 1798. The tours will allow visitors an insight into the background behind the science of beer making.

The journey for the present brewery started back in 2014 with a series of pilot batches that quickly got out of hand. Many kegs were filled and bottles enjoyed. The wheels were set in motion for a brewery in 2016 and a site was identified. It had to be on Brewery Fields the site of the original brewery in Great Baddow in the 1800s.
The vision for the new brewery has always been to create beers that are very well made with a unique signature. They have managed to achieve this with our unique chemistry and well honed methods. The increase in craft beer popularity has helped shine a light on the endless amount of fascinating creations that inspire further curiosity.
After the tours, the master brewers will have some samples to try and will be happy to answer any questions.
