The project is inspired by the wish that the most valuable archaeological heritage becomes used in the segment of cultural tourism to a higher extent. The purpose of combining the high culture and global archaeological heritage is to contribute to the presentation and recognisability of the exceptionally valuable Aquae Iasae site in cultural spheres and to achieve that this festival becomes a recognisable meeting place of opera and culture lovers in this part of Europe.
