En esta propuesta de Paseo patrimonial se analizará la situación del patrimonio material e inmaterial de la Axerquía, zona conformada por distintos barrios del centro histórico de Córdoba, con una especial atención al modelo de casa-patio, que significa una importante área del casco histórico de Córdoba y, al mismo tiempo, representa una forma de convivir declaradas patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad por la Unesco.

El itinerario patrimonial recorrerá varios puntos de la Axerquía, visitando calles, murallas, patios y resaltando su papel histórico y su situación en el barrio actual y futura. La visita irá asimismo profundizando en el valor ecológico y social de este patrimonio en la ciudad, a través de la estrategia PAX – Patios de la Axerquía y su Ecosistema, cuya finalidad es facilitar una comunidad patrimonial y la reutilización de las casas de vecinos de la Axerquía con colectivos ciudadanos, para frenar el proceso de despoblación y mantener vivo el patrimonio material e inmaterial - físico y humano, de este importante sector del casco histórico de Córdoba.

In this proposal for a Heritage Walk, the situation of the material and immaterial heritage of the Axerquía, an area made up of different neighborhoods of the historic center of Córdoba, will be analyzed, with special attention to the house-courtyard model, which represents an important area of ​​the historic center of Córdoba. Córdoba and, at the same time, represents a way of living together declared Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. The heritage itinerary will cover various points of the Axerquía, visiting streets, walls, patios and highlighting its historical role and its current and future situation in the neighbourhood. The visit will also go deeper into the ecological and social value of this heritage in the city, through the PAX strategy – Patios de la Axerquía and its Ecosystem, whose purpose is to facilitate a heritage community and the reuse of the houses of neighbors of the Axerquía with citizen groups, to stop the process of depopulation and keep alive the tangible and intangible heritage - physical and human, of this important sector of the historic center of Córdoba.
