The reasons for this endangered species declining population and the work that is happening in Louth to help secure more nesting places and the actions we can all take to help to support this incredible summer visitor.

The Louth Swift Project is a collaboration between BirdWatch Ireland and Louth Nature Trust. It is funded through the Local Biodiversity Action Fund with financial support from National Parks and Wildlife, Louth County Council and the Heritage Council.
