The Irish Wake Museum – Witness to Six Centuries’ of History
Come behind the scenes at the Irish Wake Museum in 3,4 and 5 Cathedral Square and discover the mysteries and hidden histories of these medieval buildings. Built as an almshouse, once home to one of Waterford's most famous figures, later tenements in the heart of the Victorian city and now a museum, the walls of the building contain multitudes of secrets just waiting to be discovered.
This tour will begin at the Irish Wake Museum at 2.30pm. The duration of this tour is approximately 45 minutes.
Due to the nature of the building unfortunately this tour is not suitable for visitors with varying abilities.
