Celebrate Heritage Week’s Wild Child Day at the Hill of Uisneach with Westmeath County Council and Hedgerows Ireland. During this event, we will introduce native hedgerows and their importance, then guide the group through fun hedgerow activities including a scavenger hunt, sound mapping, and leaf rubbing. All ages are welcome! The walk will largely be on paths but there may be some uneven grassy terrain, so comfortable shoes and clothes are advised.
