Certified by the Ministry of Culture, the National Centres of Street Arts and Public Space (CNAREP) accompany artistic and cultural projects for the public space as well as the careers of artists by building on their territory of establishment. Accompanied by the Ministry of Culture, the Occitanie Region, the Departmental Council of the Haute-Garonne, Toulouse Métropole and the City of Tournefeuille, the Factory inscribes its artistic and cultural project on the scale of the 37 municipalities of the Toulouse metropolis. A story that goes back more than 30 years when in 1986 artists gathered around a place to create shows and share their know-how. In 30 years, this shared creation site has invested three sites, going from squat to a classic rental, then to the construction and the provision of a space of 3500m2 by Toulouse Métropole.
