Aperçu

Nestled in a cove, this small port built in 1955 is the last fishing port in activity of the Gulf of Morbihan. A major component of Sinagote history and identity, fishing remains an important economic activity for the territory. The small dozen boats that park there practice a daily and artisanal fishing. Port-Anna also welcomes ships in deep water, which is the obligatory passage of the boats that crisscross the Gulf. The place has long inspired painters and photographers, especially with its «pink house». Well known to mariners, this house originally used as an oyster warehouse indicates the entrance of the channel leading to Vannes.
