The museum, across the works of Hebert and those of its friends or its pupils, redraws the career(quarry) of an academic painter having crossed the XIXth century. The house presents, with its furniture and its numerous memories(souvenirs), an aspect of the family life of the painter. The set(group), for which it is necessary to add the beautiful gardens, establishes(constitutes) a charming domain which is one of rare stories of artist's house in Rhône-Alpes.
