Guided tour of the Mill
Located on the lands of the Bishop of Orléans and the Chapter-collegial Saint-Liphard de Meung. The Cropet mill was converted into a paper mill in 1460. At the beginning of the 17th century, it was used to grind grains (and this until 1960, date of cessation of its activity). Today the mill has been renovated and rehabilitated to be able to make demonstrations of grindstone flour, tours are organized regularly. The story is told by a professional miller, with all the explanations on the operation of the mill.
