The convent of the Jacobins was built between 1230 and 1336 by the order of the Dominicans, in a context of struggle against heresies. Located in the heart of Toulouse, this magnificent monument is an exceptional testimony of southern Gothic architecture. Its church is unique in its kind, with its double nave, its ribbed vault 28 m high and the famous «Palmier». Pass through the door of the cloister and discover the splendours and stories of this magnificent medieval jewel.
