The Red Cross district is being rehabilitated. Part of the heritage of Foyer Rémois is being deconstructed. This building bar will be demolished as part of the National Urban Renewal Plan in late 2024\\. Its demolition constitutes a historical event in the urban composition of the district and its transformation.
