By acquiring the former church of the Fountains, the City saved an important element of the heritage, witness to the economic and social history of Uginoise. By rehabilitating the building in order to give it a cultural vocation focused on contemporary arts, the City organizes the dialogue between Heritage and Creation. Today’s heritage is the creation of yesterday; today’s creation will be tomorrow’s heritage. Following the restoration of the ancient church of the Fountains, architectural heritage of the twentieth century, CURIOX Centre d'Art et de Rencontres hosts temporary exhibitions and artist residencies.
