The association for an academy of computing and of present telematics its collections and organises mini-workshops(mini-studios) to understand(include) the origin of the mécanographie, its limits and the complete change of procedures brought by computing. Monkshood is a justified association in 1985 purpose of which is protection(saving) and promotion(valuation) of IT heritage, thanks to unique(only) collections of materials(equipments), software and documents redrawing the history(story) of computing, of abacus until our days. Machines of time(period) pioneer, big computers of the fifties, in particular from Grenoble, make the originality of these collections.
