The museum redraws the history(story) of the circus(cirque) across posters, models, programmes, photos, artists' suits(costumes) and objects in a decoration(set) reminding the track(runway) to stars. Rich in a part(party) of the collection of the doctor Alain brother, unique(only) in Europe, and many more collectors, this museum will fill with wonder small and big(great) as knows if good to make it this art living which is the circus(cirque)! On 600 m ² of free visit, across 7 rooms, you find different disciplines of the circus(cirque) as equestrian art, buffoon(clown), tamer, high wire walker, juggler, magician with explicative index cards(forms), posters, suits(costumes) and models as well as numbers on screen corresponding to the theme of the room. A video room will allow you to admire a complete show of the Cirque d'Hiver. This year temporary exhibition(exposure) "The Cinema in the Circus(Cirque)" will make you discover or rediscover numerous movies about the Circus(Cirque) across posters, scenarioes and film materials(equipments).
