The Pavillon des Jouets, run by the French association Le Pavillon International des Arts, founded in 2021 by visual artist photographer Gao Bo, is a place created for artists. It is a meeting place between creation and territory, in twinning with its counterpart, Espace BoArt Beijing, created in Beijing in 2008, which welcomes artists in residence. The association aims to become a key player in contemporary art and international cultural cooperation in Vernon and, more broadly, in Normandy.
