Women’s Collective Ireland - Clare is hosting a guided Seaweed Foraging Walk along the stunning coastline of Co. Clare, led by the inspiring Oonagh O’Dwyer of Wild Kitchen. This unique experience is especially designed to encourage people to reconnect with nature, and gain the skills to confidently identify and sustainably harvest edible seaweeds. It will also be an opportunity to hear stories of Irish women seaweed foragers - past and present - who have handed down their knowledge from one generation to the next.
